As far as help goes, I think what you could use is a rhetoric and grammar lesson. Your question (if it even is a question) makes no sense.

Make or take donations of warm things and take them to local shelters. This can be blankets for adults or babies, coats of all sizes, socks, and boots. Winter is coming and people are going to need help. Doesn't even involve a disease but it would help lots of people one at a time.
