Yes, I have a few choices for "the ugliest dictator of all time."
1. Chiang Kai-Shek (China)
2. General Samuel Doe (Liberia)
3. Maximiliano Hernandez Martinez (El Salvador)
4. Mohamed Zia Ul-Haq (Pakistan)
5. Jean Claude Duvalier (Haiti)
6. King Fahd bin 'Abdul' Aziz (Saudi Arabia)

I think they were just as hard on the eyes, and at one time they were all friends (or "allies") with the U.S....

Arafat was not a dictator, but it cracks me up that he looks just like a Nazi caricature of a Jew.

Hi you! I think the ugliest dictator of all time is Mao tse Tung ( that's my friend opinion) but I think Myanmar's Junta is the worst.
