Are gay people saving the world?

The fourth Global Environment Outlook (GEO-4), published by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), reported that Earth has experienced five mass extinctions in 450 million years, the latest of which occurred 65 million years ago and "A sixth major extinction is under way, this time caused by human behaviour."

With more than six billion humans, Earth's population is now so big that "the amount of resources needed to sustain it exceeds what is available."

Since the number of people exceed the natural resources of the planet, Earth's sustainability relies on decreasing the current population.

Since gay people are able to reproduce, but do so at a significantly lower rate than those who are heterosexual or do not do so at all, aren't they helping to sustain the survival of the human species?

If people really believe the Earth can handle over 6 billion humans wasting resources, destroying habits and environments, altering climates, and laying waste to other animal populations...they're fools.

It would be different if our culture wasn't so destructive concerning the Earth and then we might be able to handle more, but right now less people would help lessen the severity of the situation more than likely.

Why do you think China has set up laws restricting the amount of kids families can and should have? Too much is not a good thing in this case.

I totally agree wif you...They cant reproduce and are therefore saving the earth..Imagine wat would happen to the earth if all the gays, lesbians, bi people were all straight. Imagine all of them were to give birth to a least 1..there would be so much more people. Men are flirtatious and its 100% they wont juz stick to 1 partner..they will go round and fling around and get the prositutes pregnant or some other females..then there will be more kids..and these kids eventuall grow up and does the same thing..and the whole cycle continues....more and more people will take over the earth...and the earth will 1 day be destroy,faster than if there are gay people around..so the straight shud be happy..and stop insulting homosexual...they wouldn't have been who they are todae if not for homosexual..they may have oredi starve to death when they are young..no food to eat..resources are all used up by the billions and billions of people on earth...

Actually I believer the exact same thing. The world needs to be de-populated, you know?

But yeah it's my theory that within the next 7,000 years the human race will become extinct and we will start the whole process of life over again. Did you know that in Siberia they found a HUMAN skeleton deep under where the dinosaur skeletons were located? doesn't that say something like "hey the human race has died out already but we started over again!"

i dont know- i have doner alot of research on the subject of human population and so far i've found alot of things about homosexuality vs christianity and learned that before christianity, 47% of the world population was homosexual/ bisexual/ had homosexual relations(had gay sex at least once in their life) and christianity spoiled all the fun... lol (jk).

so yeah... sorry long answer that totally got off subject... but anywho bye bye

Nobody can save or overthrow this world. Hasn't the reports of world history taught us anything? Gay people are not saving the world, but they are opening new doors.

You could say the same thing about infertile people...smokers....drug users...anybody who either can't reproduce or dies early as the results of whatever, fit into your little category of "Saving the Planet."

The earth is doing perfectly fine in sustaining our population. This is all one big blow of smoke, a big lie. There's no need to reduce the population. And no, gays certainly aren't making anything better.
