A woman should never shave her face! Even if she has a mustache (Which a lot of women have). She could wax it, bleach it or get it threaded, or even get electrolosis but if she likes it she should be proud of it and keep it. It makes her unique and it shows character that she isn't self conscious of it.

Please don't make her shave it. I'll just get worst!!! She'll then be stuck with stubble hair and that is so not sexy. Tell her to wax or bleach the hair instead. And tell her why you think it's annoying you instead of just telling her to do something that way your point will be more valid.

She's probably confused by the fact that she's growing a moustache and doesn't realise how common it is for girls to have moustache growth -- indeed 14-year-old girls probably have more moustache growth, on average, than 14-year-old boys.
She'll start to remove it in her own good time.

Tell her to bleach it. Or you know, if all else fails, wait for her to sleep and just shave it quickly before she wakes up and goes all PMS on you.
