40. Overall most fun. The main theme in mov 1 is just fun! I don't have the time to type all i want to on this. It's just a rollicking good ride.

If I had to choose one I would pick the "Jupiter-Sinfonie" which is symphony Nr.41/KV 551 in C-Dur.
I think I made the choice because of the varied movements between the tiniest piano pianissimo strings to the most powerfull forte fortissimo ever heard compared with other symphonies at this chapter of music history.
In addition to that the symphony has the ability of printing an image of what the composer thought, felt when he started to compose this "Jupiter" symphony

It's a toss-up between 38 and 41. Both of them exhibit some incredible contrapuntal dexterity, the kind which most folks associate with Bach rather than Mozart.
If I begin to wax poetic about the finale of Jupiter (#41), I'll be here for hours boring everybody -- but 5-voice counterpoint based on all the themes of the movement is simply astounding. Shostakovich revered it, calling it "amazing music".
It is some of the most exciting music ever written.

I'd have to agree with the first poster. I can't ever get enough of Symphony No. 40 in G minor.
