Just wondering if this is a score that should be retaken.

There's room for improvement, but it's definitely not a bad score. I think the mean is somewhere around 1500, so you're well above average. However unless you're applying to highly competative schools, you're score is fine.

I got a 1650 on my SAT and that is above average becaus the average is around 1450-1500 so if the university is not like an ivy league school or top highly selective college than I would say go ahead and submit your scores.

It's a decent score. I would definitely retake it; there's room for improvement.

i actually got the same score and i read that the average is like 1540 so its not that bad. you should take it again, just to see how it goes, thats what i'm gonna do.

Isn't the maximum score 1600? Maybe it's changed since I was in high school.

the maximum score now are 2400 i think. so you did pretty bad i think try to aim for 2000 or above, get a tutor on SAT and be ready before taking the next one. even though you can turn in as many SAT as you want. best if you only turn three in with high score.
