You can't. Older PSPs you have to enable it by going online, like at McDs or somewhere that has free wifi. The new PSP Slim and Light already have Flash Enabled but they have to just turn it on in the browser.

hey didn't u see therez no option for enabling flash player in system setting only enable WMA is there which means itz already enabled for 3.71
