That would have made an even more interesting series.

With all the fuss over one character being "outed," after a book reading after the series was ended in answer to a reader's question, no less, what would the reaction had been if Harry himself had been revealed as gay in the last book itself? Would J K Rowling have been tarred and feathered where she stood? Was this a damned if she did, damned if she didn't thing?

That would be cool. I could actually relate to the book series if at least a handful of students were gay .
Especially considering that 15% of high school students are gay, and that isnt even including bi, tranny, etc.

J.K. Rowling is sick. Harry Potter is a book series for all ages and should not be about sex or sexuality. Rowling should not have used her position and fame to push her own beliefs and political agenda on children.

Considering the number of slash writers that write in the Harry Potter 'verse, I think there are a bunch of them.
