Later I found out that I had came down with a sexual transmitted disease and I have had sex with only her for the last 2 1/2 years. We have no children together but I will have to recieve medical attention to move on with my life. Besides getting a divorse should I take her to court and make her responsible for the medical bills?

1St off I'm glad i don't have your pastor! It's his job to save a family not ruin it! He should have gotten together with the 2 of you for some heart to heart. He neede to see what led your wife to do what she was doing. I don't blame you for getting a divorce if thats what you truly feel you want.
Yes you could sue her for the medical bills and also for mental anguish, but when you go to court make sure your house is clean.
what I mean by that is make sure you have no skeletons in your closet!
You and your wife need to talk about what is or was really going on betwen the two of you!!! You said for the last 2 1\2 yrs shes the only one u were with, how long have you guys been married? So think before you leap you guys maybe able to get passed this.Think of the good and the bad and decide from there

You can try and see if the judge will. How can you prove you have been faithful.See that is the way the judge will probably look at it.Unless she comes out and says she gave you the disease. Then how can you prove it?I think she should.

No court. You put it in her. That's a chance you take. Even with your wife. Your health is your responsibility.
