Yes, we've had pretty good rain for a couple days now. It's still raining. This area's been in water restrictions too. We live out in the country and have a well, but we'd been doing what we could to save water on our own. I'm northeast of Charlotte, NC.

We received about 2 l/2 days of good rain here in Tn. Dont' know if it helped the drought or not. I'm sure it would take much more than those 2 days to relieve the drought situation.

We are in the worst drought in a 100 years in Australia. It has brought a lot of terrible tragedies to the poor farmers and their families. Which is so sad. We are also on water restrictions, and I guess if we don't get very good rains soon, we will be in the same situation.

You may remember the fires we have here in North Florida last summer. We have a lot of drought to make up for now, but it is beginning to rain quite a bit.

I live in South Carolina, somewhat inland, & we are finally getting much needed rain. We could use a lot more. I understand the water restrictions in your area but there are times, I would not hesitate to flush, restrictions or not. (catch my drift)

YEAH!! I live in Charleston and we have been in a drought as well. It rained like you know what yesterday. Naturally, my best friend planned a barbecue for her granddaughters 1st birthday party yesterday. They cooked, in the rain.
It is supposed to rain tomorrow and the weekend. We certainly needed it too. It cooled down considerably too.

Lets enjoy the rain! We will send some to "Just Me' in Australia, they need rain too.

Finally got a little here today (coastal GA), but it was just hit and miss. They're predicting more tomorrow, but it's going to take a long time to get out of this drought....if and when we ever do.

We're coming into wildfire season...not good at all.
