Dear Jay,
It’s perfectly fine to look.
“Dress & Deny” is a vary common cycle in the CDing community … My advice is NOT to go tossing out all of the clothing though. Or you’ll vary likely find yourself back in the Sears catalog, spending that cash all over again. As I say it’s a cyclical thing
Hugs,
PennyAnn

Relax. You are not gay. You are not suffering from gender dysphoria.

You are a heterosexual dude who enjoys crossdressing. Your brain is still tuned to your crossdressing days. When you crossdress, or even think about crossdressing, your brain releases a series of neurotransmitters which give you a sensation of well-being, pleasure, sexual gratification, and self-identity.

Will it ever stop? Probably not. Your brain is hard wired now. What will happen to you later? You will either go back to your crossdressing, or you will learn to live with controls you place over yourself. If you place controls over your crossdressing then you will live a normal healthy heterosexual life.

Is that good? that depends, but if you used to cross-dress & stopped (like so many of us have before), the reason you still look at photos of guys crossdressing, is because you miss crossdressing & want to get all dressed up and while you're looking at those photos, you're actually thinking of how you'd look wearing what the guys in the photos are wearing.

Well, The first thing you have to do is to come to terms with your level of dysphoria.
Accept that these feelings that you have, are not going away anytime soon or ever.
Find yourself a support group and learn everything you can about gender dysphoria.
It's not the end of the world sweety!

IMHO PennyAnn, Claudia, Wally and Julia have answered your question perfectly between them.

You are not alone. So try to be comfortable with who you are.
