yes, because corn doesn't digest. Try giving him/her karo syrup for the constipation.

Yes, corn can cause constipation because it is a starch.
Try giving the toddler some fiber, such as a small amount of prunes or prune juice, green vegetables. all of these can ease constipation. Give small amounts because if you over due it this may cause some cramping which can be painful.
I am not a doctor however, I have successfully raised two young men (18 & 20) and we did not have to many bowel movement problems. Plenty of water, outdoor actives and fiber kept this issue away.

Yes it can cause constipation. Most babies have a tough time digesting corn, especially fresh corn that you cut off the cob, so you might want to start with creamed corn since that seems to be easier on babies' tummies

Yes corn can be constipating. Try taking it out of the diet and see if it clears up.

I don't know if it could cause constipation. It is a fairly difficult vegetable to digest, and with my kids it usually came out just like it went in.

I would assume it could. If it can cause me to get constipation then I guess it could cause a child to get it too!
