Well, first things first! The friend should not have that much impact on life! Only you can ruin your life! Now if you allow him to make decisions that adversley effect your life, then you need to own that, and accept responsibilty for giving away your power. But to answer your question, if he is a fraud then he wasn't really your friend in the first place. The relationship was built on a lie, and when you live your life in truth, you immediatly cut the lie off. period. Ask yourself this, what gives him the right to bring such grief to your life? and why do tolerate that! I think when you answer those questions, you find the real answers to your issues.
Good Luck! and remember, if you can't enrich my life you definitley can't hender it!!!!

No one can "ruin your life" except you -- unless they physically abuse you, or hold you hostage, or shoot you with a gun? have they done this sort of thing?

If the invisible friend is standing back and you feel he is ruining what life you have left, perhaps think about this -- You are allowing this person to control your emotions from a distance.

You're the master of your fate and your own emotions. Control them yourself, and stop letting others affect how you feel. When you give others this sort of control, you lose.

take care of YOU.

Nobody can ruin your life but you. You are responsible for your own happiness. Every second of every day, you have the choice to be at peace or at war. You decide...take control and make your life what you want it to be. Leave the drama for the movies.

Friends do "not" inflict pain upon one another so go ahead and cut this relationship out because it is only destroying you and learn to honestly care about yourself.
