i use seasoned salt and seasoned pepper, stick it on the grill, eat it medium rare or medium.
delicious
my favorite cut is ribeye because it is well marbled and one of the most flavorful cuts. filet mignon has nothing on ribeye.

Medium Rare, a bit of 57 sauce on the side, a Baked Potato with Sour Cream, cheese, and bacon, a bit of a side salad, a glass of Mountain Dew and a Brandy Old Fashioned to wash it all down.

1/2 inch thick, seared on outside, slightly bleeding on inside
(no sauce)
buttered brocolli
baked potato with butter, sour cream, salt and ground pepper (no gravy)
salad with green-olives, Italian dressing and light coating of sour cream with cracked pepper and sea-salt
garlic-toast and lightly chillled merlot that has breathed for an hour
