It's pretty much a 192-way tie for first among every nation that isn't the US. My country doesn't really care much for things that aren't American.

When you say "America" you are implying the government, which is ostensibly supposed to be of the people, by the people, and for the people. It is not. It is an administration with the power of money to do its bidding. So to answer your question, you need to follow the money. Which country is costing America the most money? Is it China? Maybe. Certainly Iraq is a good candidate. North Korea is a nuclear threat, as is Pakistan and perhaps Iran in the future. A thermonuclear war with these countries would definitely be expensive, especially in the cost of lives. Right now I would say the entire Middle East (excepting Israel of course) is a big thorn in America's side, considering its involvement there. But even in such dire straits, companies like Halliburton stick their straw in that quagmire of misery and suck, suck, suck. The arms merchants aren't doing too badly either. But I digress.

Watching the brainwashing media, most would say Iran. However, I would say a lot of people in America don't hate any particular country. I think most have a "live and let live" philosophy.

Pretty much any country that does not do what America wants, or doesnt give them what America wants. Hint hint, Iran, Iraq, N. Korea, Russia..you get the point.

America is filled with self-loathing America haters
Why? Because we learn how bad, bad, bad we are in all the universities. As if no other culture has ever done anything self serving or wrong other than our own. Ya just don't hear the other side of the story...until you go outside the US, LOL.
