If your partner is okay with it, than no its not wrong, its meeting the needs of your relationship. But if your demanding that he spends more time with you than you may want to figure out why you need to monopolize his time? Whats under the surface/ or what does him spending every waking moment with you represent for you? But I think at the end of the day, we are never wrong for our needs, the problems comes in if we try and force/demand someone put their needs on the back burner to our needs. That is selfish, everyone has needs, and each persons needs should come first and then their partners. Otherwise your asking them to compromise themselves and their own happiness for yours. And that is not healthy.

It depends. Are you married or just dating? Or do you live together?
If you have some sort of committment to each other (such as marriage, or living together), then i would say it's not wrong to ask your partner to spend an adequate amount of time with you.
perhaps take a good, hard look at this person and ask yourself if they are actually mature enough and/or ready for this relationship thing? some people get into relationships for the sake of having one...

Of course not! Everyone needs friends outside of a relationship, however they should spend more time with their partner than friends.

Definitely not wrong. It's perfectly normal -and healthy- to have friends and from time to time go out, but not to spend more time with friends than with your spouse.

It's perfectly natural to want your sweetheart to spend more time with you than with anyone else.

it's not wrong, but don't try to make him dump his friends because if you do you will be sorry in the end.
