You mean that stoopit head on that stoopit axle is like,, just spinning in that stoopit aluminum axle block when you turn the nut,,,and there's not way to hold that stoopit thing to get the Nut off?

As nice and well engineered as those bikes are,,,
somebody oughta Cane whichever Stoopit who came up with that stoopit deal.
....................................................
Easiest way is to Drill a hole thru the axle head and the block,,,and put a bolt in it.

1/4" Drill bit oughta work fine.
____
(_O -)

That abstract art crime is supposed to be End View of your axle.
The little Dash is the hole you need to drill.

*Try to get that end of the axle turned so it aligns with the swing arm and axle block like it normally would

*Drill the hole in the Center of either of those "side wings",,,positioned about like the Bad Picture shows.
Reason why---so the Drill bit will go Thru Axle,,Thru Block,,and into the Axle Slot(thin air) in the Swing Arm

* Careful with the position of the hole,,
Try to get it as far Away from the Axle as possible,,,towards the Outer Edge of the axle head/flange

Might wanna center punch a starting point,,and use a sharp bit,,,so it dont walk away from where you want the hole.

Drill Thru Axle and Block.
Stick a Long Bolt thru the hole.
An Inch or 2 long.

Ok,,just by simply Being in the hole,,,
that SHOULD Pin the Axle to the Block and keep it from turning.

If it's REALLY That STOOPIT TUFF,,,Put a Nut on the Bolt and tighten it a bit >>Until the Nut GOES INTO The AXLE SLOT in the swing arm.

If the Axle AND the Block Both try to Turn,,,
It WILL stop on the Nut when it trys to turn but but gets jammed against axle slot in the swingarm.

It cannot turn without shearing that bolt off,,,
It AINT gonna shear that bolt.

..........................
Keep same axle if it's in good shape,,,You wont have to drill the axle hole next time,,,only the block.

Clean the axle VERY GOOD,,and "polish" it with some medium grit sandpaper.
Clean the inside of axle spacers too.
And grease the Heck outa all that when you put it back together

Be careful to Not Drill into Axle,,,just off to the side of it.
Not much room to work with.

I 'bleive that will fix you up without damaging anything.

Good Luck with it!

Here are some other hack ways you can try.
--Slam an easy-out in the hole of the axle, to hold it from turning.
--Jamb a screw driver, or pry bar between the axle and block.
--Grab the axle with a pair of vice-grips and hold them with a big pair of pliers or crescent wrench (adjustable).
