My mom made this Halloween costume for me. She spent a bunch of time on it. It looks terrible. how do I tell her it sucks and I dont want to wear it?

please think about it over night. in a few years you will think back to now--the time that your mom made you a costume and you hurt her feelings. I know I think back to the time that my mom bought me a pagent dress and then I found a better one and it really hurt her feelings!
Think of something that you can do with it to make it suitable for you. First of all, what is the costume and what is wrong with it? You should give more details and maybe we can help you...if you post something soon we can help you!

suggest a few alterations to make more scary or fit better dont hurt her feelings especially if she put so much time and effort into it for you she's doing her best and one day you will have to do your best for your kids remember what goes around comes around

you can tell her that something else would look greater on her and dont say it sucks though. lol

put it on leave the house add your own thing to it or change after you leave the house don't hurt her feelings

don't. just wear it.
or say it doesn't fit
or it got a rip in it (you can make a rip) but you'd probably feel guilty
