this flat in the maroon color. The bow adds a feminine touch and the color is more exciting than your standard brown or black. Since it's dark enough, you won't have to worry about it not matching other colors. It will add more interest to your wardrobe than a black or brown colored flat.

The flats on the link you gave are cute & grey would be an excellent neutral for this winter. I like all of them except for the ones w/ polka dots. The pleated suede ones are the most sophisticated.

out of the ones on the pic i like the wine color the best, and grey is a neutral color so it should work too. Wine or brown would be my first choices.
