ur in ur puberty stage..at this puberty stage ure going through a process of physical changes by which a child's body becomes an adult body. Puberty is initiated by hormone signals from the brain to the gonads/reproduction organs (the ovaries and testes).
So when this happens,many so these hormonal changes affect u.
it's ok to see or look at girls.admire their beauty..it's only natural for a youg one like u. i was once a teenage girl growing up as well and do enjoy admiring handsome guys. haha..
anyways, regarding ur sex urges, ur only 13 therefore please do try to fill up ur free time with vigorous and healthy activities such as sports, games things like that in order to wash away ur sex urges or thoughts of doing it. Take up a good hobby, hang out with friends, do fun things to keep u occupied. This way you wouldnt even think about ur urges. And the best way is to consult ur religious teacher to whichever faith u believe in. Avoid exposing urself to mature/sexual/explicit content of reading articles or programmes.(ponographical contents) as all these stimulates ur sexual urges. I know how some young boys are curious about their sexuality and stuffs and wanted to discover what it's all about and then ask their friends about it. Friends may teach you the wrong things.And at this age,teens are always easily influence by their peers.So it's best u talk to both ur parents if they are willing to talk to you on these growing up issues, the birds n d bees, sexuality bla bla bla so ur teachers may be of a help as well.
Sex can wait. You'll have ur chance when ure at the suitable mature age,the time is right,and with the right person. And when ure at it,remember to practise safe sex.
