What was the first pet you ever had and what was its name?

I got Minnie, my bordie collie, black lab mix on my 5th birthday. My aunt put her in a box with a bow on it and they rushed me to open that box first, but i was afraid of it cuz it was moving. Then she popped out of the box, very exciting. She lasted 15 years, we had to put her down April 2, 1999.
