The Colts held a 4-2 team to seven points. The Pats allowed an 0-6 team to score 28 points on them. It has been this way all year. The Pats have scored big against virtually non-existent defenses, but have also allowed those same pitiful offenses to score big points against them. The Colts, on the other hand, are just the opposite. They have beaten quality team, after quality team.
In closing, Nov 4th looks to be a very, very long afternoon for New England.
Remember, I don't want "fan answers". Only those who can back up their mouths with 2006-2007 statistics need reply.

Also recall the game vs. the Bengals. The pats only scored 34 on cincy, while the browns scored 51, the cheifs scored 27, and even the jets dropped 31 on them. This says something about the pats offense.

The colts have just dominated their games (with the exception of tennessee), but that game was early in the season. Even when the colts lost Joseph Addai, they still dominated a decent Tampa Bay team.

Besides, Manning has abilities that you can't measure with stats. He can control his team, and he is in my opinion, the best third down QB of all time. The pats will lose their momentum when the colts score their first TD, and it will be all over from there.

Here's the problem. The Pats sucked on Brady's balls for years once they won Super Bowls, even though he put up no numbers. People expect those numbers from Manning year in and out because he's the best. Although, people want to just say it's because of Mannings receivers once he keeps it going. Pats have literally had the easiest schedule in the NFL so far to date. Not my opinion, a fact by stats. Colts have pretty much had the hardest. That will prepare them to be ready for the Pats and the Pats will be taken by surprise by such a tough team. The most surprising thing I will say is that the Colts offense is more dangerous than the Pats. If they needed to pass, don't you think they would? They take the lead in games this year and intelligently run the ball and run the ball well. They are a more complete team with a greater balance on offense and defense. I will go as far as saying maybe the best defense in the NFL. Last year in the playoffs, and leading into the season this year.

"but have also allowed those same pitiful offenses to score big points against them"

They held the explosive offenses of the cowboys, bengals, and chargers to 20, 13 and 14 points respectively. The only reason the dolphins scored so much was that the pats stopped playing halfway into the third quarter. Do you know anything about football? And lets not forget who almost lost to tennesee and houston.

good luck trying to get a real answer out of a patsie fan, they are great with excuses but not with facts, while the colts have been beating better quality opponents every week and playing better defense every week the patsies have played nobodys and are steadily giving up more and more points to worse and worse teams, they gave up 28 to miami...omg thats funny that the "worlds greatest team ever" with "the best qb who has ever put on a pair of cleats" gave up 28 points to the fins....they are the worst team in the nfl right now it should have been an absolute destruction if what the pats fans have been saying is right, but of course we know its patsie propaganda and its worth about as much as those lombardis they have been stealing latley

Colts have a better D. Patriots D sucks! Colts has a good offense, but the Patriots are superior on offense(until Brady gets injured). People pick the Patriots over Colts because they outscore the Colts.

Uh...You don't want fan answers, but you're asking a fan question...*L*...You're obviously a bandwagon Peyton/Colts who is in complete denial...Tim W and TUS, overall the Pats D is better than the Colts...Are you blind?...Statistically speaking, the Pats are kicking everyones as$...and it includes the Colts, and November 4th will only confirm it...

I'm not sure if it's that you're blind or retarded. I'm not sure if you watched the Dolphin vs Pats games, in the 4th who was the qb? Was it Brady? That fool pract gave the dolphins the ball. Not sure if you noticed, but all good players sat on the sidelines... if Brady was out there the whole game, dolphins wouldn't have those 28. Any team would do this to prevent injury, unless maybe you had your own team and you were to be such a retard and not pull back your good players... knowing you would win anyways.

I am in complete agreement with you. Go Colts. Unless, of course the game is riding on a field goal from our famous kicker..... then we could be in a bit of trouble. As a extreme Colts fan, I don't believe we ever get the recognition that we so deserve. I understand, that everyone and their brother, are in love with Tom Brady because he has the looks and he has the super model on his arm........... but I believe in the mighty number 18. By the way, my user name is Junebug, because of Kato June.. our old number 59.

Have a good one, and see you on Victory field.

Your thinking is backward. What statistics are you really looking at? Certainly not touchdowns, which are the only ones that count. Brady has it! Cowboys fan.
