No you won't.
But it will affect your finances as a couple. The person you marry will be paying a lot of bills with nothing left over.
Examples:
If you have disposable income and your partner doesn't, you get to pay for all the extra's.
If your partner falls short for their share of the rent, you get to come up all of it.
You get to do all the saving.
If you have a joint account, it may all go to their bills and there's nothing left for either of you.

Not unless you co-mingle the debt. Once you start paying it they can insist that you took the debt and they will win.
The in debt person will effect your family finances since some of there income or assets need to be used to service the debt. This will make it harder to buy a home or meet other financial goals.
