Get some vaseline and rub it gently into the area the eyeliner is, just dont get it in your eyes. Then take a warm, wet washcloth and wash it off. You'll be surprised at how easily you can remove it then! Hope this helps :) Trust me it works, I use it, it's like magic!

Water or eye make-up remover on a cotton wool ball. Its best not to use soap on your eys cos that hurts and irratates the sensitive skin and your eyes.

eye makeup remover on a cotton round. close your eye and gently hold the cotton round over your eye for 10 seconds or so, then gently GENTLY rub back and forth. This will take off the makeup and won't irritate your eyes!

if soap and water don't work, very carefully use a cream, like nivea or ponds and very carefully wipe it off. It will sting for hours if you get any in your eyes, so make sure you get it all before you open them, in fact, wash the area again with soap and water before you open your eyes.

use your finger or the edge of a damp towel

my favorite painless thing is cetaphil daily facial cleanser
it cleanses without drying in the shower. rub it on your close eyes with a warm washcloth. should come off.

Eye makeup remover. I use Neutrogena. But baby oil will work in a pinch.

Try mineral oil or vaseline if it's waterproof eyeliner.

Johnson's Baby Shampoo (no tears, lol) if it's a water based formula.

use a cotton ball or a really soft cloth.

They have eye makeup remover...but if it was just a random thing...you don't usually wear it...use a little bit of lotion and then soap after that. You'll be fine!
