real..of course !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! getting a fake chest might also get you into serious trouble such as breast cancer or other related problems..no matter how pretty you look after acquiring a fake chest ,,there might be serious health consequences you might encounter..besides,these manifestations of problems appear after a period of time..and if by that time you got illnesses already,it might cause bigger complications..do what's best for your health..that chest is pretty short-term..but what's long-term is/are the risk/s that it might pose to your life..

Real. Have you seen the melons they stick to some women's chests? They are so round! Normal breasts come in tons of shapes.
