Is there any way that I can get an ink refill for my pen knife? I don't know the company that makes it, but I see that the knife is attached to the ink cartridge and I can't see any way to twist it off. Is it possible to even refill these?
Also, are these illegal to carry around, or bring to school for instance?

These look like they should just twist apart at the collar below the knife and take a short refill.
Legality depends on length of blade, country and location. Getting into a Federal building with a blade over 2.5" will not work. Airplane in USA with any length will not work. More restrictions on knives in Britain I understand.
