i've lived in seattle all my life. should i expect more racist event to go on as seattle progesses

I am surprised that you heard that in Seattle because there are so many Asians there already (pretty integrated) and it is a liberal part of the country.

Are you doing a bad job driving or crossing the street when you shouldn't? That would be a reason for somebody in a car to get upset with you. They probably noticed that you were Asian right away and that is the insult that sprang to mind first.

The other questions that you asked on Yahoo seem more grammatically correct than this one is.

Obviously you can speak English. Ignore the freak. It would be bad if you ARE from China and you chose never to learn the language, but if you can speak English that's just plain rude.

This is America. We speak English as you do. Dont pay attention to the morons. Most of us love you as we do any other.

I am sorry, I came from Italian immigrant back ground and people thought we carried knives in our clothes and stole babies!!!
Some things never change, but I am sorry you suffer this now!
