I'm 14, I have had a small pea-sized lump in my armpit for 4 months now. It doesn't hurt or anything but it bothers me that it's there. I am going to my oncologist for a follow up appointment next week (I had a wilms tumor when I was 4) and I planned on mentioning it to him when I'm there. Now I am kinda worried that it is cancerous. What could it be??

It's really hard to say although a cyst or even a pimple is possible, but that's good that you are going to tell your doctor about this so that they evaluate the lump further.
