Anyone good with hard puzzles??

Okay, so I was in class, and we have this puzzle worksheet to do. I don't know what these puzzles are called though.
Here's an example:
1. T
O
U
C
H

the answer would be "touch down"

2. MAN
---------
BOARD

the answer would be "man over board"

Get it?
Well this is the one I'm stuck on....

Can someone help me? Or, does anyone at least know what they are called? Or where I could find help for anything like this? Thank you in advance!
