What is the definition of terrorist organization or group
If an organization kill 3 months old babies ,3 years old children, pregnant women ,elderly men women who are 60-80 years old then can you say that organization is a terrorist group like PKK. That was PKK did in TURKEY and still doing the same thing.

An org which intentionally targets civilians with violence to install terror in the populace and achieve political ends.

If those people killed were the target then I'd classify the killers as terrorists. If they were killed incidental to an attack on a military target then they are collateral damage. If they were killed as the result of the PKK hiding amongst them then that would make them cowards as well as terrorists.

There is no definition of Terrorist Organization............but if anyone is against HUMAN BEINGS and working with any organization like have the same activities calls Terrorist Organization.
