Once you star a question, it shows you thought it was interesting to you or that you think it would be interesting to others. Putting more than one star on it per person-we can see who starred it, wouldn't serve any further benefit than to say you thought it was REALLY interesting to you. You've already shown your interest with the one star.

Well, it's either a good question or it's not, as far as I'm concerned.
Having multiple accounts is cheating, and a waste of time for the person who owns those accounts. There'd be nothing to stop you from voting multiple times for your own questions.
I'm sure if you put the proposal for a more complicated rating system Yahoo! would at least consider it.

Due to a little thing that goes by the name of ABUSE. It would be an overused function that would not serve the purpose for which it were intended to provide to the people who have implimented it in this "new" system.
