OK. I have been wearing a 36C for years, but I decided to get measured and I was a 34B. The problem with that was that I was spilling out of the B cups. It was like a huge bump and my boobs would be popping out. So, I decided to measure myself and use an online bra size calculator, and it said 36A? I measured my rib and it was 32" and my bust was 37". I think that my band size would probably be a 34 since 36 bands ride up my back... but an A? I'm not too sure about an A cup since it looks like I have large boobs.

Every style/brand of bra is different. You just have to try them on and see which is the best fit for you.

You could also check out Victoria's Secret, they have nice Full Coverage Bras that might help with the bulging.

If your bra strap is riding up then it means your band size is too big. Have you tried a 34B?

For most brands of bras, the band size is not exactly equal to the rib measurement.

Measurements are just a starting point & you have to try on different brands & styles for the best fit.

whatever fits you. You dont want them spilling out, because it looks trashy. Just wear the 36C if it makes you comfortable and look normal.

If a 34 band size is most comfortable, then go for a 34C. Give that a go.

This link may help. It says to measure around your upper chest, not under your breasts. (I always thought it was under, too.)
