g (below) Agreed. They did not commit premeditated murder. Yet they did beat that kid to death in an attempt to exert their authority. Man Slaughter is a just charge for what they did.

It is a travesty.
Especially when there is film of what they did. That jury has a lot of explaining to do.
At least the federal government has gotten involved.
And the NURSE. What was she there for if not to protect the health of the teens?

I don't, that was rediculous and I think they should have gotten at least some sort of minor chrges...

I'm not saying they should get life or anything... but I think their neglegence lead to his death... I think that's manslaughter...

Of course they and that nurse should be held accountable. There was no reason to kick him and kill him and nobody held accountable.
