1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.

I'm guessing that you are have a warm skin tone & recommend dark navy eyeliner tight against your upper lash line. Blue makes brown stand out.
You can also apply a coat of dark blue mascara over black mascara to make the whites of your eyes appear whiter.

I think you should go with neutral and earth shades. Stay away from greens and yellows (except golds). Try mineral makeup, it is healthier for your skin and looks natural.

I would say light blue eye shadow.Make it noticable but not that much.Or u can use green.
