Knowing your skin tone will help you determine which eye make up colors are best for you. Here's how to determine your skin tone:
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.
I'm guessing that you are have a warm skin tone & recommend dark navy eyeliner tight against your upper lash line. Blue makes brown stand out.
You can also apply a coat of dark blue mascara over black mascara to make the whites of your eyes appear whiter.
This grid is also really good for choosing eye makeup colors to enhance your eyes: http://www.beautyden.com/beautycolors.shtml
I like Revlon & L'Oreal eye shadows.

the first step: Line your eyes with darkish brown liner, good and bottem. Step 2: Use a mauve colour eye shadow...a darker pink...on your lids from nook to nook. do no longer bypass above the crease. Step 3: contained in the crease word a bronze colour eyeshadow in a skinny line from nook to nook. Step 4: Fill contained in the hollow from the crease for your eyebrown with a natual colour, a authentic gentle gold ought to seem fantastic. Use that colour to gently mix the different 2 jointly, also. Step 5: Use black mascarra on top and decrease lashes.

I think you should go with neutral and earth shades. Stay away from greens and yellows (except golds). Try mineral makeup, it is healthier for your skin and looks natural.
