I have very uneven breasts. Each breast is heavy and sags badly. I developed them very quickly (back in elementary school) and even though I've tried every type of bra, nothing has been able to help the sag or keep me from feeling the wieght of them (I slump and I can feel that one is heavier than the other). Also since they developed quickly, I have horrid stretch marks. They're C cups and they have no volume whatsoever. I was thinking about getting implants to be a D or DD cup so they would stand up more and look better. Also could breast implants fix the uneveness? Or could I get one part of the breast removed during surgery to even them up and then get the implants (or would that require two seperate surgeries?). All in all, to have half decent breasts, I'd need a reduction on one breast and a lift on the other. I'd like to get implants so I could actually have fuller looking breasts (I'm not going for the Pamela Answerson look). Please post information. Thanks.

I'm tall and muscular so C cups don't look very big on me. And the one is a large C cup but the other could be a B cup.

I'm medium to bigger boned, 5'8" ft and muscular so my frame can handle a D or DD cup.

Also could the stretch marks fill out if I got implants?

I'm turning 16 soon and my mom said she'd get me implants when I turned 18. C cups as I said are too small on me. I want my body to be in proportion.

Yes when the doctor does the implant the physician should make them even. They may not be exactly perfect but it will look better. Make sure when you talk to the doctor that you want he/she to be sure there the same.
The stretch marks though are a different story. Not sure what a doctor can do about that.
Also what is your frame size? Would a D look to big? You could just get them firmed up instead of implants.

You could get implants to make them even BUT it is not exact so there could still be a size difference.

Personally I would not go above a full C.

They could do the surgeries in the same operating room.

If they're both C cups, how badly uneven can they be? Please don't get implants to make you a D. I think you should either get a breast lift or do nothing. C is the perfect size.
