it's better to apply it first, let absorb for 60 seconds, then apply foundation.

You put the moisturizer under the foundation this is def. good for hot days, it helps keep the foundation looking fresh.

Applying moisturizer over foundation will cause the foundation to smear & streak.

I wouldn't, it will remove your foundation. Use it under as a base. or mix your foundation into your moisturizer. it will give a light silky look like J-Lo. I love her makeup!

In my opinion, you can mix your foundation with you moisturizer to create a sheer finish. It's best for people with dry flakey skin, not necessarily people with oily skin though.

You can mix them together to get a tinted moisturizer, which i love because it looks natural and even. It is also less time consuming.

NO. That is a big NO-NO. Moisturizer has to be BEFORE ANY MAKE UP.

dont do that. put it on under it. it is meant to protect your skin from getting to dry FROM the foundation. =)
