Assuming you have a compatible engine standing by, it's just a matter of removing the old one and putting in a new one.
If you are asking is it possible to convert a cabureted motor to fuel-injection, the answer would be "don't bother", the cost will be higher than what the motor's worth.

how to change it? well u need to disconnect everything and pull it out. After that you put the new one in and reconnect everything > vacuum lines, electrical connectors. IF you don't know much about cars find a professional that can do it for you. If the car is not needed or you have time to play around and learn something get a chiltons manual or go to alldata and buy a membership for your car. They have all vacuum diagrams, electrical diagrams, timing and all specs. Good luck

Depends ALOT on what its in and what engine you want. are you going for a crate engine or one from the junkyard? so anywhere from about $500 to a few grand.
