When the neo-libs start whining about the cost of Iraq, I now have confirmation that things are going well.
BTW, the $2 trillion figure is about as bogus as the number of deaths in New Orleans during Katrina. Ya' gotta love liberal math.

Do you ever wonder who you are really helping? It occurs to me that if the time comes that we are forced to deal with Iran, we need to have the intestinal fortitude as a nation to step up to the plate and do it.

I'm sorry, but the president said in 2002 that Iraq was only going to cost $50B to $60B and that Iraq oil would pay for it. Plus Saddam attacked us on 9/11 and he had nukes aimed at us. Don't you remember?

The costs in terms of dollars and cents could easily reach $3 TRILLION or more.
The real cost of another unconstitutional, illegal, immoral, unjustified 'war' with another sovereign nation would be measured in terms of lives lost; the damage to the United States' reputation as a global peacekeeper and world leader; and the economic depression it would bring to the U.S.A. - and possibly to the world. Those kinds of costs are immeasurable. -RKO- 10/25/07
