I know there were a handful of them, but which one's never got the props they deserved. My votes for:
1. 3rd Bass
2. Joe Scudda
and this group that had a couple good singles

Slug from Atmosphere.

3rd Bass needs to recieve some big time retroactive attention for their greatness.

Aesop Rock is close to the lead in the area as well.

The guy 2 below me is soooo right and i completely spaced on it...RA THE RUGGED MAN!!!

There is absolutely nothing whatsoever hip hop about justin timberlake. i don't even hate him, but he is in no way hip hop!

Quantity wise, Sandpeople (majority of them are white I think, I know a couple of them are).
Quality wise, I'm not sure if Apathy is white or not, if so him, if not, Diabolic.

Well, I would have said Eminem but you said those who haven't gotten their props.

Eminem.
For some reason I've kinda of been feeling Justin Timberlake after the song "Ayo Technology"
I'm not sure if you classify him as hip-hop tho.
