I forgot what the actual cheat was, but I know it was disabled when University was released due to the fact that the cheat allowed people to see "stuff".

try pulling up cheat help
control+shift+c then type help

Its been disabled I think but there are hacks at sexysims2.com maybe even modthesims2.com
