1966 Chevrolet BelAir My boyfriend at the time was a classic car nut and was restoring it. Unfortunately he didn't know that the lynch pin for the gas petal was rotted so while I was driving it broke and the gas petal fell to the floor. The speed continued to increase while I began to panic until my boyfriend reminded me that the brakes worked. :o)
