Out here on the flood plane we are always water short, or long or just right. San Joaquin Valley. Southern CA is where they are short of water on a continual basis and do their best to steal it from other places. They need a desalination plant.

Yes I live in Stone Mountain Ga, right outside of Atlanta and we are not even allowed to water our lawns or wash cars here.

Victorville, CA we are suffering through the water shortage as well, we're in the desert so it's bad anyway!!

We are encouraged to conserve but did not hit the "water only on odd days" measurement this summer. The first time in many years.

no. land of 1000 lakes. Yet it's things like this that make you realize how unnecessary car washing and lawn watering really is.
