The sun's heat radiated off of my body, as if my skin served as a hot stove. In the process, my pigment gained color. I could hear the waves crashing onto the shore. The sun, the surf, the sand. It was all paradise. Pure perfection as I layed across the warm, white sand.

Here are some words to help you along and help you get more into the mood. It helps if you close your eyes after reading this.
Relaxation, beach umbrellas, optimism, sand castles, peacefulness, not a care in the world, little kids playing in the waves, freedom, laughter, crisp salty air.
Okay, now that you're in the beach mood, find a place where you can relax (I relax on the swing in my backyard) and just feel empowered. A place where you get all the emotions of the beach (relaxation, optimism, peacefulness, not a care in the word, freedom), without any of the physical details. Now just let your thoughts flow. It helps if you concentrate on relaxing instead of recording or memorizing your thoughts.
Okay, now just kind of combine the two together, or just write about your thoughts instead of the physical details, which is probably what they're looking for;it might be jumping the gun to just skip the entire beach scene and plunge straight into the thoughts, though.

I can't tell what the thoughts are that are drifting through your mind. I don't know you. Only you can answer that one. Do you like the sun? Personally I hate it. I hate sand being in places it isn't supposed to be if you know what I mean.
Just close your eyes and think. Personally I would probably be thinking about someplace I would rather be. What would you be thinking about? Marlene is right. Any assignment that asks for your thoughts is a no-brainer. You cannot lose. Nobody will tell you your thougths are wrong. Just relax and write!

Any thought can pass ur mind anywhere. Being at a beach in no way implies that u will have to think about the beach. One may perhaps be thinking, "Oh! This beach stinks. When will we get away?" Still that is connected with the beach.
You may think,"Oh! if that ;lady sees me here. I saw her at the food junction eating like a cow!"
or
"I have to fix a tap at home Did I put off the lights?"
Anything....
Use YOUR creativity not OURS..

i think how is feels to be dying slowly on this beach. I was watching the sunrise. seeing the mushroom clouds over the sun's blue-rays, knowing I can not move. Knowing the sun will soon spread its warming death over my body. Wondering why I am not inside...and I can not move

Do your own homework, okay?
This is a rather easy assignment, by the way.
