I agree with your first answerer. Hopefully they know that nerves got the best of you in the audition and that it does not happen all the time. However you have to know that practice makes perfect and from now on take 30 minutes of your day to do vocal exercises. This will help you be prepared for your next audition. Hum scales and other exercises that you know. Hum your songs before you sing them. Seek out a professional voice teacher, lessons will do wonders and you won't hurt your voice if you find someone who knows what they're doing!

It depends on how talented the other people trying out were. You probably are worrying about how you did too much. I am sure that the judges are not going over it in their minds over and over.

You may still get a part no matter how badly you may have done, just maybe not the lead role.
