NOO!!!!!! I don't mean waist size - I am size 2 waist! I mean there is another number. What is the other number?

It means a size 2/3.
24 = 00/0
25 = 0/1
26 = 2/3
27 = 4/5
28 = 6/7
etc.

in most designer jeans, size 26 is your waist measurement. i.e. i am a size 12 or 33" waist at j. crew.
if you are talking about normal sizes i.e. 2 - 4 - 6, then size 26 would be a plus size, possible a 2X or 3X.
There aren't really any other measurements for pants except inseam and those are usually 28 for petite, 30-31 for regular and 34" for tall.

If it's American sized, it means you're a very big girl. If it's European sized, it's the inches around your waist. In European sizing, a 26 would be a pretty slender girl. This is the same way that men's pants are sized.

It could be 26 in plus size (women)
or 26 inches in the waist size (juniors)
depending on the size of the person

It is your waist measurement in high end jeans like 7 for all mankind. In plus size, or womens, it is just a larger size overall....like 0-30.

if you guys are talking about 26 size pants it means 1/2 it depends where you shop. everywhere they sew the pants different sometimes I wear 25 in other stores when I am usually a 26.

either the waist in inches or the length in inches. the waist will be the 1st number. for exampe 26 x 30 means a 26 inch waist and a 30 inch length.

either plus size or certain jeans size by inches around your waist, depends on the brand. If there small jeans, I'd say the inches around the waist, if larger, it's plus size.
