I recommend asking HIM to contact E-bay and explaining why the negative feedback should be removed. They are MUCH more likely to take the word of the person that gave the feedback. In the interim, he can submit POSITIVE feedback explaining the negative feedback was submitted in error. Anyone actually reading your feedback would then have an explanation to consider.
