Intact (uncircumcised). Most men in the world are like that. It's only really in the USA that they still have this idea that circumcision is a good thing. And yet they don't seem to be showing it though - did you know they have the highest rate of HIV out of developed nations? Circumcision is just a cultural thing and people who are used to it prefer it and think it is good. The foreskin gives pleasure to both partners and provided you wash and use condoms (who wants a circumcised guy who doesn't anyway?) then you are not going to be smelly and disease-ridden. No wonder the circumcision rates are rapidly dropping in the USA.

Being circumcised is better for the person who is circumcised over their lifetime. It requires less maintenance, and there aren't many real issues with it even when combined with a lack of hygiene. That means the spread of disease, is less likely and normal body issues are less likely. To give you a good example yeast infections are common in uncircumcised men but not circumcised men.
Circumcision as a baby may render psychological issues but it's hard to say. Being uncircumcised also has it's own merits but I'd leave that for you to figure out. Something to keep in mind though is that uncircumcised people must, I repeat must know how to properly clean themselves.

Honestly it probably doesn't matter. I know that's probably not what most people want to hear. A intact male can be just as clean as a cut one.
Relations, the vast majority of women surveyed don't care one way or the other. From personal experience as an intact male I have been told it makes no differance multiple times, and once I was told that on penetration and the start of sex it was slightly differant, but once I got up to speed it felt the same.
Really no differance, if you're not having problems, don't worry about it.

People might say that circumcised is better for hygiene but uncircumcised is just as hygienic if cleaned properly. Plus it gives better stimulation during sex as the foreskin can apply a bit of friction as it goes back and forth.

It's better to be uncircumcised. I'm uncircumcised and like the looks and like the way it feels. Can't understand why any guy would want to be circumcised.
As far as cleanliness, if a guy doesn't have sense to wash his penis, he probably doesn't wash his hair or brush his teeth either. So girls most likely won't have worry about getting hooked up with a guy like that, unless they really like scroungy, smelly guys.
As far as sex, having a foreskin is definitely better for the guy and the girl. The reason there is such a big market for sex lubricants is because circumcised guys will rub the girl raw if they don't have them. It's just natural to have a foreskin.
