When Judgment is entered by the court. Along with your Judgment there is a form (FL190) entitled "Notice of Entry of Judgment" when this form is filed and conformed it will have the date you turn into an unmarried person on it.

6 months and one day-unless you don't put your final judgement paperwork in-you have up to 5 years to do that.
