But I can soon lose it with a bit of excise,
A good diet and a good lover.
Possibly tripe cooked in milk.

I never heard that tripe one before. Is it a folk saying from your local area? Around here no one knows where tripe comes from so you would get a big "HUH?" for using that expression.
