Are August leos different from July leos?

I am a July leo (born July 25th) and a strong believer in astrology. Only I don't seem to share many leo traits that are supposably predominate in leos.

I'm not the center of attention an although I do crave it, I rarely am in the spotlight.

I'm also not a natural leader and although when forced into the position I do take the reigns, I enjoy to be a follower for a cause rather than a pursuer.

I don't lack confidence but I'm definitely not the most confident person you know.

Could all this be from a difference in July and August leos? Or something else?

I find the difference in Leos or any sign, has every thing to do with the time of birth and where you were were born. Your Rising., your moon, all the inner planets and outer ones. The aspects they make to each other. We all are amazing individuals with our own expression of who we are. Like snow flakes, not one the same.

Yes there is a big difference between all the signs born in the different months. I am a June Cancer and I have a lot of different qualities my July Cancer friends do not. I have a Leo friend born 4 days after you and you sound like him a little.
